I have to admit, The idea of buying a car site unseen seemed awful daunting. after several calls with the dealership owner I put my nerves aside and decided to make a purchase completely site unseen. The dealership overnighted me paperwork with a prepaid return envelope. I had to call Chad a coupl...e of times while waiting for my car to arrive for him to put me at ease that everything would turn out great. Two days later my car showed up and I was speechless! They had described the car as being as clean as a used car can be! He under sold it's condition! This car is absolutely like brand-new. I litterally can't find a flaw! I am so stoked!! This guy knows what he is doing, everything happened exactly as he described. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I haven't ever written a review before, but Chad went way out of his way taking all my calls and making sure this went smoothly for me. Thanks Chad and Thomas Classics!! I won't buy anywhere else! You should need to pay admission to view the collection of exotic cars for sale at Thomas classics. Sales people are quite knowledgeable and you can find your dream car for a bargain there. Exotics include Ferraris, Bentleys, Maseratis and a smattering of Corvettes, Porsche's, Mercedes and BMW's.

Chad and his staff at Thomas Classics we're fantastic to deal with. I went in to look at a Dodge Hellcat that they had on their website but had unfortunately sold just a couple of hours before. Chad took the time to ask me what kind of vehicles I was interested in and showed me a number of differe...nt high end exotics and muscle cars. I left that evening liking 3 very different cars he had in stock. The following day was July 4th and Chad was going out of town till the 6th but took the time to call and text me while he was on vacation and during that time I decided to buy a BMW M6 from him and he had me meet Mike his lead salesman the following day and Mike had everything ready to go. Paperwork took 10 minutes and he spent quite a bit of time going over the car in detail before I took it. Will definitely be back to Thomas Classics for my next car! Show more

I was in Florida on vacation and live in Philadelphia and found the best deal in Ohio on a slightly used Mercedes G Wagon. After speaking with Mike I realized this was easier than ordering soap on Amazon. Mike arranged the financing, better than what I could do, and had the car ready for pickup ON... A SUNDAY MORNING!!! Car was like new and sparkling clean. All cars on the showroom floor looked new and I was tempted to just grab a few more while I was there. 3rd time buying at Thomas Classics. I let Chad know I was looking to buy again. He found exactly what i was looking for & in no time, we worked out a deal over the phone. He was more than fair - actually very generous & hooked me up. I made the drive & everything was ready to go. Vehicle detail...ed & shining inside & out. I signed paperwork & was back on the road in less than an hour from the time i arrived. I’ve never had a comparable experience at any other dealership & wont go anywhere else other than Thomas. Just a note to let you know that the truck was picked up in Buffalo today around noon. It reached Oakville Ontario Canada around 4pm after a seamless trip through the border (all paperwork as promised in the glove box). Buying one of these cars is challenging in normal times. Add not seeing the car in person and it becomes even more. Mike was great. Answered my questions quickly and fully via text, email, and phone. Great experience.

Mike created a customer relationship as though we were family. He was available for all my questions after hours and even weekends. I never saw the car in person, and bought it solely by Mike's word and pictures. No disappointments and would highly recommend Mike and Thomas Classic Cars. We alwa...ys dread going to a car dealership for the "standard" car dealership sales people.
