I am a stick-shift guy with a 2011 Audi S-4 that's getting on in miles. I freaked out when I found out Audi isn't going to import the new S-4 with a stick, and so started looking for a late model with low mileage. Found a GORGEOUS one, 2016 with 14,000 miles, being sold by Thomas Classics. I coul...dn't imagine buying a used car on-line, from out-of-state, without seeing it or meeting the buy I'm buying it from ... but after working with Mike Sheaffer by e-mail and phone for 10 days, and doing my due diligence, I got comfortable enough to pull the trigger. Mike answered all my questions, got me lots of info, was great to work with. They shipped the car and when it showed up it was even better looking than it was in the photos. I love it and couldn't be happier with the car and with my experience with Thomas Classics. Show more

Although I live in Florida which is 1000 miles away from Thomas Classics , Sam made it easier then a dealer 1 mile away. Just received my 2014 Audi RS5 convertible and the car is as amazing as Sam represented. He delivered my new car and took away my trade. Very easy transaction. Looking forward to ...buying many more vehicles from him. Show more

I was contacted by Mike (old relationship) regarding a Rolls Royce Ghost ... my experience was stellar. Knowing Mike from a previous dealer, i knew that i could take him at his word regarding the condition of the automobile. I purchased the Rolls sight unseen and had it delivered to my home in Flo...rida. When the auto arrived it was exactly what Mike had reiterated ... it was in mint shape. In addition, he delivered it to a Rolls Royce dealership and had the oil changed at his expense. A man of his word. Show more

I dealt with Mike at Thomas Classics and he made this transaction very easy and enjoyable. I told him through a text and pictures what my car was and what I would pay on top to do the trade. With in minutes he was able to check it out and we made the deal. NO hassles what so ever, no hidden extra ch...arges and no waisted time. They were ready for me when I got there, we went over everything they knew and did to the car, and I went over mine with them. Everything would have taken less than a half an hour, but I just had to spend time looking at their other beautiful cars. Even though I think I bought the least expensive car on the lot they all made me feel like I bought the most expensive. I plain to buy more cars from them in the future and highly recommend them. I just purchased a 2014 BMW 750 Li X drive. I found the car on-line and along with the description Mike's personal cell phone was attached. Being after normal business hours I was hesitant to call, but contacted Mike. Mike was very willing to answer all of my questions and described the vehicle qu...ite accurately. It should be noted that it was well after 8PM and Mike was enjoying family time with his children. Nevertheless, Mike discussed the car with me and was extremely professional and polite. Today, I traveled to the dealership and found the car to be beyond same as new and was presented and detailed beyond my expectation. I was impressed with how well I was treated. Mike spent another 30 minutes carefully familiarizing me with the options and technology of the car. I live out of state and had looked at other like BMS's and visited other dealerships. These dealerships paled in comparison. Throughout the years I have purchased well over 75 vehicles and I found this purchase to be the best car buying experience to date. It is my plan to make Thomas Classic's my first choice in my next purchase. Thanks again Mike. The car exceeded my expectation and your knowledge, honesty, and integrity made the deal. Show more

I have to admit, The idea of buying a car site unseen seemed awful daunting. after several calls with the dealership owner I put my nerves aside and decided to make a purchase completely site unseen. The dealership overnighted me paperwork with a prepaid return envelope. I had to call Chad a coupl...e of times while waiting for my car to arrive for him to put me at ease that everything would turn out great. Two days later my car showed up and I was speechless! They had described the car as being as clean as a used car can be! He under sold it's condition! This car is absolutely like brand-new. I litterally can't find a flaw! I am so stoked!! This guy knows what he is doing, everything happened exactly as he described. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I haven't ever written a review before, but Chad went way out of his way taking all my calls and making sure this went smoothly for me. Thanks Chad and Thomas Classics!! I won't buy anywhere else!
