But after speaking with Mike, reviewing the professional and detailed photos and understanding the process, we decided to give it a shot. I have been looking for a used Tesla for acouple months now. I have been to atleast 5 different dealerships in NE Ohio to look at their cars and talk numbers. The other dealerships have all been overpriced for the vehicle offered with the given options on the car. The cars also did not have the opti...ons and features listed online when I would go to the dealership to look at them . At Thomas Classics the price listed for my vehicle was on track with the online suggested resale value, and the online description was completely accurate with the actual vehicle options. I was in contact with Mike at the dealership for several days, and always received quick responses to my questions or calls in a very timely manner. When I went to he dealership I was beyond impressed with the car selection, friendliness and vehicle knowledge, and with the dealership hours (Mike stayed open late so I could make it after work). They were incredibly helpful with the loan process. This dealership is different then ANY I have ever dealt with. There was No pressure or pushing, No haggling over price. Very competitive with the value for my trade in and worked with me beyond reasonably on the purchase price. I am in a job where I know and deal with a fifty different dealerships on on a weekly basis, and I truly believe this is the best I have ever seen. I recommend them to everyone. Stop in and see their selection, it will blow your mind. Their customer service, friendliness, and professionalism is second to none. I will absolutely be buying my next vehicle from them as well. Just a note to let you know that the truck was picked up in Buffalo today around noon. It reached Oakville Ontario Canada around 4pm after a seamless trip through the border (all paperwork as promised in the glove box). As you know we discussed the truck many times via phone (and many others at oth...er dealers) prior to wiring FULL PAYMENT to you sight unseen but on your word and reputation that it was perfect! What a great showroom for high end and exotic cars! Chad and his staff are super friendly and were very willing to help and even encouraged us to look around at the exotic cars. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to purchase a vehicle from Thomas Classics!

Thomas Classics, Just wanted to send a quick E-mail to say Thank You! The car is honestly better than expected! The seven hour drive home was a great chance for it to prove itself and it ran like a top! My uncle Richards 92' has 13K miles (he's the original owner) and he could not believe the condi...tion of the car. I have NEVER kept a dealer license plate bracket on any of the sports cars I have owned but I will be putting the custom plates for this one in your dealer bracket. These days everybody is selling "New Used" and "factory Certified" and "pre-loved!" cars, I used to detail cars...most of it's a bunch of crap! When I read on your website that you deal in "Exception Pre-owned Automobiles"...honestly I thought "A good detailing". I was wrong! There isn't a rusty bolt or spot on the carpet or chip in the paint and mechanically...It ran like a new car for the 700 miles I drove it home! I have never put a deposit on a car without driving it, after our phone conversation and a quick view of your website I just felt like I could take your word on the condition of the car and trust your business. My expectations were EXCEEDED in the car and Thomas Classics really streamlined the pick-up and paperwork. I've purchased many items via the internet but never a car before. After reading the numerous positive reviews, a personal referral, and speaking with Chad multiple times, I felt confident in making the purchase of my Panamera GTS. I do have to admit there were times I second guessed myself, its not... often I buy an auto sight unseen from 1200 miles away. However, Chad answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. Thomas Classics also accepted my 911 in trade and gave me a fair trade in price, again all sight unseen. We both relied on photos and trust. Allison was very good with the paperwork and addressing my additional questions as well. Once the paperwork was completed and overnighted back to Chad, I received my Panamera GTS within 2 days from Akron to Tampa in a covered transport. They loaded up my trade in and all was complete. The Panamera GTS I purchased was just as great as it looked from their pics. And kudos to the young man that takes their car pics, he does a great job. All in all, it takes trust to purchase a luxury/sport car based on pics and conversations. You can trust Thomas Classics and feel confident in your purchase. Show more

I have been looking for a Porsche GT3. I found the color and spec I wanted at Thomas classics. I purchased site unseen only from from pictures. I felt comfortable with Chad the owner, he assured me the car was in prestine condition. When I received the vehicle by covered truck, I was SHOCKED, the ca...r was brand new, perfect condition. The previous owner had it detailed monthly making it better condition than a brand new vehicle.
